Return and Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges
are the responsibility of
the customer.
Vinyl Strap Supplies and its
parent Patio Furniture
Supplies are not responsible
for items that are lost or
damaged during the return.
All returned and exchanged
products must have a Return
Authorization Number (RA#)
issued to you by Vinyl Strap
Supplies or Patio Furniture
Supplies. All returns must
be received within 15 days
of the receipt of your
products. All shipping costs
must be paid by the
customer.

Slings & Pre-cut
Vinyl Straps
Pre-cut straps are
custom-made and are not
returnable, unless an error
was made by Vinyl Strap
Supplies or Patio Furniture
Supplies. Be certain that
your measurements are
correct. If the slings or
pre-cut straps you receive
are not consistent with the
measurements you provided in
your order, or you received
the incorrect color or width
strap, only then will you be
issued a Return
Authorization Number for
your products to be

Vinyl Strap
Shipping Dates & Methods
All products will be
shipped 2-5 business days
after receipt of payment.
Vinyl Strap Supplies will
use FedEx or United States
Postal Service depending on
the items ordered and their
destination.
